U.S. Leadership Gained Fans in Mexico in 2021
Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador confirmed on Monday that he would not attend the U.S.-hosted Summit of the Americas this week. Before Obrador snubbed the event, U.S. leadership had been more popular in Mexico than it had been in several years, with 52% of Mexicans approving of U.S. leadership in 2021.
